Someone told you motorsport was good, actually. Now you are staring at three options – F1, MotoGP, WorldSBK – wondering which streaming service you are about to sign up for.
The honest answer: all three have a case. The realistic answer: start with one. Here is which one is yours.
Formula 1 – the drama IS the sport
F1 is the most-watched motorsport on the planet, so there is a decent chance this is where you have already heard the noise. The cars are fast. The politics are faster. A bad strategy call on lap 34 will ruin someone’s Sunday in ways that are genuinely entertaining for everyone watching.
The 2026 season is one of the better entry points in recent memory. Kimi Antonelli – a 19-year-old in his debut season – is leading the championship. Max Verstappen, four-time world champion, is sitting in ninth. Ferrari’s strategists are doing Ferrari strategy things. It is the kind of chaos that feels designed to pull new viewers in.
If you have been vaguely aware of F1 through social media and just have not watched an actual race yet, this is the year to start.
Best for: Anyone who wants the storylines, the team politics, and the team radio. Anyone who enjoys a sport that generates as much content between races as during them.

MotoGP – if you want the chaos without the cars
MotoGP is Grand Prix motorcycle racing. The bikes hit 300km/h. The lean angles look wrong. Riders occasionally describe their own equipment as “critical” and then go out and win three races in a row. It is that kind of series.
Where F1 has a lot of off-track noise, MotoGP tends to settle things on track. The 2026 season has Marco Bezzecchi winning every race so far on an Aprilia. Ducati – which basically owns the paddock in terms of machinery – has not stood on a podium yet. Marc Marquez is at Ducati, quietly building a case about something. The whole thing is extremely unhinged in the best way.
MotoGP races are also shorter than F1 – around 45 minutes – which is a feature, not a bug.
Best for: Anyone who wants the racing as the main event. Anyone who gets interested in technical questions about motorcycle dynamics. Anyone who wants a championship that can flip in two race weekends.

WorldSBK – the one you have not heard of yet
World Superbike Championship uses production-based machines – bikes derived from road bikes you can actually buy. That sounds less impressive until you watch them, at which point nothing about them seems road-legal anymore.
WorldSBK is also the most underrated series on this list, which is exactly why you should be watching it now rather than in two years when everyone else catches up.
The 2026 season has Nicolo Bulega with six wins from six races – a statistic that has not made the mainstream sports news yet, but will. Bimota, a manufacturer whose last podium before 2026 was in 1988, showed up and got on the box. Toprak Razgatlioglu – three-time world champion – left for MotoGP, leaving the door wide open.
WorldSBK also runs three races per round (a Saturday race, a shorter Superpole race Sunday morning, and the main Sunday race), which is a lot of content for the money – or for free, if you are in the right part of Europe.
Best for: Anyone who likes discovering things before they are mainstream. Anyone who wants more races per weekend. Anyone looking for free or cheap options to watch live.
